Resource Pack Isnt Loading

    okay so i deleted the server then re added it with resource enabled then it still wouldnt work ive tried logging out quitting the game disconnecting all of that any suggestions? im stumped on what to do.. i always says :Downloading Resource Pack Making Request 100%... then does nothing?
