Resource Pack Help Needed

Hey. I'm EpicMario13, as you probably know, and I need help with making a resource pack. I have it made already, but it doesn't seem to work properly. The pack is just a simple title screen Splash pack, no fancy blocks or items or anything. It works fine in 1.8, but not in 1.9 and 1.10, which are the versions I want to use it with. Here's the files I made for it, so you guys can see if you can figure out what's causing this.

I added "a" to empty folders so that they would show up properly.

In the splashes.txt file, I've put the phrases that I added myself in bold. All the normal ones are splashes that were in Minecraft by default.
