World Replace The Olux And Molten Heights Parts In Ahc

    Disclaimer: I have not done the quest yet, I learnt this stuff off the wiki
    The above scenarios just don't feel like they belong in AHC anymore due to 1.20. The Olux scenario is no longer considered evil because of Orphion and the MH scenario isn't that evil. Sure, you start a civil war, but there are much more evil you can do in East Gavel than that.
    So here is what I propose:
    Portal Keeper: The light fades... The darkness grows...
    Keeper: In the church of the villager captital, you shall find an end...
    Lari has found a way to enter the Realm of Light and plans to save Orphion. You are a dernic creature sent by the Eye to foil her plans and kill her. Also, being a dernic creature, you would understand what the eye says perfectly and his text wouldn't be in Irish Wynnic. The entry point would be inside the Cinfras Church.
    The Eye: Creature. I require you assistance.
    Eye: That miserable light elf has found access into the Light realm and plans to free Orphion.
    Eye: If she succeeds, it would be devastating to our side in this war.
    Eye: So your job is to foil the elf's plan, so the parasite can fully take over Orphions body.
    Eye: Exit this room, and you will be teleported to the Nexus. Find the elf, and kill her.
    Exit the room. You Now see yourself standing in front of ONoL with Bak'al
    Bak'al: I see the master has brought reinforcements.
    Bak'al: I sense the elf approaching. We need to prepare. The monoliths have been breached and the bridge has been repaired.
    Bak'al: Meet me at the bridge. We will confront that elf and kill her.
    You then go to the bridge. Lari and Bak'al are already there.
    Bak'al: You. You are trespassing here.
    Lari: Trespassing? You invaded this realm! I will have you annihilated!
    Bak'al: You will not foil our plans. Orphion will soon be destroyed.
    Lari: You don't get to talk about him like that! Now die!
    Bak'al and Lari fight, but this time Lari almost kills Bak'al and is severly injured.
    Bak'al: H.. H.. How?
    Bak'al is then teleported out by the darkness. Lari then confronts you.
    Lari: You! You're that idiot's peon, aren't you?
    Lari: You aren't going to stop me! You're master couldn't, and neither will you!
    You are propelled up and land on some cloud like platform. You now have to fight Lari, saviour of light. She has Elemental Damages in thunder and air, and has elemental defenses in all except fire, which she is weak to. She has two phases, the first where she is ranged, and the second where she is melee. She has the same attacks from the fight in RoL IV albeit faster. Defeat her to progress.
    Lari: No.. no.. I can't lose...
    With Lari unable to reach Orphion and save the light, it eventually faded away. With balance gone, the darkness took over the world and covered it in an endless shadow.
    And then the portal dude rambles about end.
    Portal Keeper: The quakes, grow... the land, falls...
    Keeper: In the cliffside town above the clouds, you shall find an end...
    In this scenario, with peace made between the Doguns and the Dwarves, the Doguns were able to calm the canyon colussus and prevent it from destroying CotL. This scenario starts with you in the void, listening to a mysterious entity ordering you to agitate the Colossus so it yeets Cotl to the void. The entry to the scenario is in the Kandon-Beda library.
    ???: You... we need you...
    ???: We yearn for more... We want more to embrace the call of the void...
    ???: The colossus has stopped the quakes.... We need it to keep giving...
    ???: Go... and feed the void more...
    You are then teleported in front of TCC. You witness a cutscene showing the Doguns calming the Colossus and stops it from yeeting stuff into the void.
    Dogun: It is calm now... The canyon is now safe...
    You then are teleported at the end of the bridge. Move forward to progress. You are then ambushed by some doguns.
    Dogun General: I sense evil... in you. We shall not... let you pass.
    You then have to defeat 10 dogun warriors, who have access to charge.
    Dogun General: You.. shall not pass...
    You then fight the Dogun General, who has heavy charge and explosion. There will also be minions called Flamelashes (referencing Flameshot Hilt) who have the heal ai and have access to heal and flamethrower. Defeat the general and grab the volatile magma he dropped. Put it on the TCC entrance (which has been closed) to blow it up and progress. You then find you self in a large room. You have to climb up the sides of the room (which has some parkour) while getting pelted by screeching harpies and enraged statues. Reach the top to progress.
    You then find yourself in a large cliffside overlooking the colossus.
    Dwarven solider: The intruder is there! Get him! The dogun sacrifices will not be in vain!
    Dogun: I will... activate the defense mechanism.
    Defense system activated. Deploying reinforcements.
    You have to destroy 30 colossus warriors for their cobblestone to build a tower over the cliffs that have moved and blocked the exit while getting pelted by Dwarven archers with pull, Dwarven beserkers with explode and charge, and Dogun shamans with heal. Climb the tower you built to get over the cliffs and progress. You then find yourself looking at the colossus. Go on the blue platform to progress. You are then teleported in front of the colossus. Korzim then teleports there.
    Korzim: You... you plan to agitate the colossus.
    Korzim: I will not allow you... you will not send the canyon to the void.
    Korzim: For Gavel... for Axelus.
    You then fight Korzim, the canyon protector. He has Heavy Teleport, Explode, Arrow Storm, Flamethrower, and Meteor. He can also float, so he can't fall into the cracks below. There are also fossilized pterodactyls who are ranged mobs who float around, and have access to pull and push. If you fall off the platforms you lose 40% of your health. Defeat Korzim to progress.
    Korzim: No.... You.. Can't...
    Korzim then explodes and drops the extremly volatile magma. Use it on the colossus' face, blowing it up and agitating him. He starts to make earthquakes and cutscenes play, showing bigger cracks appearing appearing at the colossus' feet, Thesead breaking and falling into the void, Eltom citizens evacuating by blimp, and the Bantisu people trying to save as much people as possible.
    ???: Thank you... the void is now happy...
    The colossus' earthquake was stronger than thought to be.
    The canyon has splintered and has joined the Ahms region in the void. The earthquake was so big it even reach the Molten Heights, splintering pieces of it.
    Many lives were lost that day, and any care of East Gavel was abandoned.
    The province would never be the same.
    So yeah tldr replace Olux and MH scenarios because there are better scenarios because 1.20
    Also if there is a lore inaccuracy please tell me.

    The Golem Factory one is pretty cool, but now it is very weird and out of place because of Taproot.

    The current Molten Heights one is kinda lame.

    As far as I've seen, each area has their own special lore. Olux's lore is mainly focused on how are Guard Golems are made and MH's lore is mainly about the war against Dwarves and Doguns. RoL has nothing to do with Olux and TCC has no relation with the MH (pretty much). While I love these ideas, I don't think they should replace the original ones and maybe should be added later on. Remember, AHC mainly focuses on summing up everything you've ever learned to that point. The ideas for RoL and MH were really good, though!

    The main idea of AHC is "What if you were on the wrong side." The Olux one isn't considered bad anymore, and there are better alternatives to the D&D one.

    Instead of talking to the Eye, you should be on the platform that Bak'al is on in the Silent Expanse's Secret (ultimate discovery) so that it is implied that you're talking to the Dern Beast. However, you would have blindness so you can't see the beast to avoid spoilers. There would obviously not even be a dern beast there, anyway.

    Besides, the Eye only speaks ancient wynnic, so it would make no sense to talk to it.

    ???: His peon has arrived.
    ???: If she succeeds, it would be devastating to our side in this war.
    ???: Go and stop her, so we can maintain our upper hand.
    ???: Now go. Kill her.

    Well in my opinion, the Rodoroc and Olux parts are really well designed. It is very eye-opening to help with converting villagers and even talk to them beforehand. It actually makes you feel sorry for them. And I can agree that Rodoroc is slightly worse than the others but it's nothing compared to how disappointing Ragni was. They could have done so much with the sewers or the pigman ravines but all you did was kill ten commoners. It was incredibly underwhelming.
