Remove Skill Requirements From Quest Rewards

    I don't think this suggestion needs and justification or explaining. It can't be a quest reward if not everybody can make use of it. Skill requirements on quest rewards need to be removed.

    As far as I know Greggr's Hide and the Abysso Galoshes have skill requirements, if there are others you know of please comment and I'll edit the post.
