Pets & Horses Remove Mana Depletion On Horses And Boats

Pretty self-explanatory. It gets really annoying when I have to stop, get off my horse, and wait for like 10 seconds before returning to my horse (usually already despawned) to actually continue riding. (Same goes for boats.)

 

how do you ride your horse with this horrible lag?

 

Your mana only depletes when "sprinting". There is no need to get off your horse or boat to wait for it to regen, just stop and go again without sprinting and it will slowly regen.

 

Mana can't regen on horses for the same reason you cant use your spells on horses, the datavalues and such get screwed with.

 

Are you sure? I was aware that you couldn't use spells but I do recall being able to make my horse sprit for about a minute, then wait like 15 seconds before I could do it again. I was near positive this was my hunger/mana regenerating.

 

huh, odd... that may be true, but I know for non-vanilla attacks you ge screwed over, never had the patience to test that. And also, please use the reply button, makes it easier to know when you respond.
