    I have just been to the Steampunk city of relos, beyond the ocean, and i stumbled across an npc, asking for help to restore a workshop. anyone here know how to restore it's power?

    Yes, it's all been documented in a thread, though I don't remember a name.

    Essentially, you grab a Electromagical Battery from a ship and bring it to the NPC, which opens a library.
