    I'm looking for a relatively good Buster Bracer. When I say relatively, I'd like a Buster Bracer with roughly these stats:

    Strength: 3+
    Exploding: 8%+
    Health: Any
    Spell Damage: 7%+
    Melee Damage: 14+

    I've been informed that 38EB is too low, and that I should go higher. How's 1LE sound?
