Experience as a builder in a server: I used to be builder in old servers, i used to play long time ago and I recently started again
Proof of good builds: I dont think i can find them but you could just test me if you want brah I worked on some maps of a couple of minigames in some old servers

I think he means that they don't get paid, and that its strange how you are asking us for pay, when the Wynn team has no pay and they do it perfectly fine.

It makes no sense for me to pay 32 eb before they even do anything IF ur going to pay them something.

Experience as a builder in a server: I started my own rpg server a while back and ended up deciding its not worth paying the money because it wasn't picking up
Proof of good builds: only got one pic left of it, I mostly do cave and terrain detailing http://imgur.com/ajgmgfG I've done far better builds, and I could demonstrate some stuff if i was accepted to it. Plus this is great practice to improve further in my building.
