Read If You're Having Problems With Ranks: What's Going On?

This thread is not a question, but rather, an answer to a question.

If you're having problems with your in-game rank not showing up on the Forums or the Discord server, there's two probable reasons:

1) You did not link your account. Link your in-game account to the Forums using the /forums command, and your forums account to Discord following this guide: How to Use Discord

2) API hooks(?) that deal with this particular interaction are still down for maintenance.

If it's the former reason, go link your accounts. If it's the latter, which mostly seems to be the case as far as I know, read this thread before asking.

What should I do if my in-game rank is not appearing on the Forums?

First of all, double check if you have actually linked your account to the Forums. If you have linked your account but your rank on the Forums hasn't been updated, contact the Wynncraft Support Team. You can reach them through [email protected] and tell them that you have purchased X Rank but did not receive it in the Forums.

Note that Moderators cannot give you your rank, but it's worth asking them if they can point you in the right direction.

What should I do if my in-game rank is not appearing on the Discord server?

Discord pulls the data from the Forums as far as I know, which requires your account to be linked to the service. What this means is that in order for your rank to appear on the Discord server, you also need to link your forums account.

If you don't have a rank on the Forums, you won't be able to receive your rank and you should contact Support. If you do have a rank on the Forums, but not on Discord, is when you should relink several times to check if you get the rank on the server (it's automated). If not, contact the Moderators, which is a last resort option.

I hope this should help with the rank-syncing issues people have.
