Mage/Dark Wizard Help Raw Spell Dmg Vs % Spell Dmg Vs % Thunder/water/fire/air/earth Dmg

Exacly what the title say, came here after 2 years, when i wasn’t using these spells. Just want to know, what does all these things do. I know something about raw spell dmg, but idk anything about % spell dmg and element % spell dmg. I only want to know how are these two things counted. Everything i know about raw spell dmg is that it is counted (number) x 4 and thats it (for mage class).
I don’t care that much for raw spell dmg, but I don't know anything about % spell dmg and element % dmg. Can someone please explain to me ,how these two things work, thank you.
