Elemental defenses are trash, but nearly 12k HP and good Agi, so if you're willing to never melee you can do a ton of damage with meteor. Can also support Morrowind and Storm Surge (and Lunar Spine if you want some rainbow I guess). Although, I doubt anyone actually using this build would do anything besides dual-wield with Morrowind, since it's raw spell anyway.
