HA. You and I know that freedom has extremely easy SP requirements because it's rainbow, don't do that. Also, spring has intel which is actually a boost rather than a handicap. Higher dex is more damage, but Cata already has that. You don't need more dex, you need an easier req for building so that you can use more diverse items than SP slap like vaward, prowess, etc.

No! Please talk ahead of time! I use suggestions. @Pokextreme and countless others influenced how I wrote the rankings because I know I lack experience. No. I'm still open to responses and suggestions for changes. I won't be adding any of the other mythics until after patch, but there's still a lot to talk about ;).
