Mage/Dark Wizard Rainbow Needed

So, I've been on and off in terms of activity, and I'd like to get back in, with Mage.

Out of all the elements I've taken a look at, I think I want to try rainbow, so, here's the reqs:

Budget: anything goes, as long as it's not super expensive.
Element: Rainbow, of course.
Weapon(s): I think Cascade is pretty decent now, also, I'd like to use a neutral/single element (also recommend element pls) Hive Wand, to kill things that resist rainbow, like Qira.
Hive/LI: If at all possible, I'd like to have a decent shot at beating LI with this, so I can get accessories, because currently I only have DFN. Anything from the hive elements is fine, but if possible I'd like to save my master slot, because of my secondary wand.
Mythics: This should be obvious, because of the budget^^ but please no mythics. Am just a poor lad.

Now, as for some (not required, but would be nice.) things I'd like within this build:
As stated, I'd like to have a decent shot at LI with this, perhaps along with a friend. So don't make it too glassy. (10k~ish hp, positive defense (use powders if you must)

Also, mana. I prefer regen, (if regen, 8~10 is fine) but if needed mixed regen+steal may work.

TWW is the best powdering for a cascade

 

nice stuff, although, may I ask what are good replacements for intensity/diamond fusion? I would prefer not to use a hive master item and I only have diamond fusion necklace, so I'd need to beat LI to get any others :v

 

marvel, lodestone if you have the extra mana and tbh you have 1 master hive per class so you might as well use intensity
