Shaman/Skyseer Help Rainbow Build For Shaman

As the title says, I am looking for a rainbow (or for some, penta elemental) shaman build. Any build type is welcome.

Restrictions: no mythics or crafteds with these ingredients: Threck's Chain, Vibrant Augment, Old Treasure. (I don't want to delete a class just to get these items.)

The Watched build. Tanky for Shaman standards and has pretty decent damage. If you haven't completed Eldritch Outlook yet, you can use Hard Light (if you do, you may want to switch Rainbow Sanc with Vaward for more survivability.) There are plenty of other viable options for boots like Virtuoso and Memento depending on your preferences.

Alternatively, you can just use Morph-Procrastination which is extremely cheap yet effective.
