Thanks for introducing the concept of rage Hero. It's pretty damn fun.

Maybe consider swapping MPC for draoi? That'll probably give you a net mana saving at the cost of 3 skillpoints

also slightly better ele def and a bit of hpr, dunno if you want the hpr

 

I considered Draoi to replace moon pool circlet but opted against it due to the health regen indeed. Thank you though.

 

Every % of hp gone is 4% (1% for each armor piece) of earth damage that u get. So 200% / 4 = 50%. At 50% percent hp you proc both the Major ID and get extra 200% Earth damage. (This is post 1.20)
