Game Design Quick question about opening chests with the left click.

So everyone knows that once opened a chest disappears out of reality when you close it, and all items in it.
Thankfully the chest pauses time around you so you can take your time with it.
Now the thing is, dungeons tend to have this thing called Monsters.
Usually, traditionally at least, you tend to use attack mechanics to defeat these creatures.
One which way, is by usage of the left mouse click on the digital-pointer-translocation device.
Which is cool because, again usually, the Right Click is used to open containers such as chests and interacting with the world.
So even when some abilities may use the right click, you are not as often likely to accidentally open a chest mid combat when using the left click.

So my question is, due to dungeon/cave chests being just out in the open in the middle of the floor generally surrounded by assholes that constantly spawn every 3 seconds.
Why in the ever living sack of rotting dog pissing radioactive shit, does the left click open chests in Wynncraft?

Actually useful information: How to fix it.
Option 1: Add a confirm box to closing loot chests.
Option 2: Remove the fucking left click to open chests, but maybe some people like it.
Option 3: Add a menu option to choose to disable it.
Option 4: Implement one of the above and auto-collect as many items from a chest as the inventory has room for once closed with items still inside it. This should really have already existed from day 0.

 

LEFT CLICK OPENS CHESTS?????

 

Because right click opens chests. Our two fucking options is making it so left click opens it which is weird and obtuse or right click opens it, which is how Minecraft works.

This happens to me pretty much every time I play and its always a bit confusing opening chests with left click

 

I've been getting frustrated opening chest this way while trying to kill enemies that won't move away from it or throw me into it while I'm clicking.

 

I don’t get how only removing left click to open chests would change anything? In combat you use right click just as much as left click for spells, and if you’re looking at a chest while clicking any of those it will open.
In fact I find left click to open chests quite useful, it allows you to open chests without switching off your weapon, and without accidentally casting a spell with right click and getting flung out of the UI. (Except for archer obviously since it’s main attack is right click anyway.)
