All I just asked was is it possible to get Quadruple XP from a DXP bomb for TXP during a DXP weekend with over 100% XP bonus, and at the end I got people arguing.

I think that all "double xp" is simply adding 100% xp bonus to everyone playing on the server, so I would guess that if you have 100+, DXp would add to it, not mutiply it... But then, we don't really have any confirmation of it.
