Question About Attack Speed

    So i have a very fast attack speed dagger and it has +2 tier attack speed. Does it become super super fast attack speed or does it not work that way

    The maximum attack speed is Super Fast, you can't get more, even if you have a Very Fast dagger and you add 999 tier attack speed

    Same for lowest attack speed

    ok and i posted another thread asking the same question becuz i couldnt find my own thread and i thought maybe i didnt post the thread so i posted another one and i cant find it anymore lol
