    I try "Shattered Minds" Quest.
    I was followed WalkThrough movie in youtube.
    Every movie go to (24962, 16, 23484) nearby house, and go next stage.
    but I can't go this house. all door is Iron or Snow block.
    What I need to do?

    You need to have the keys thats in the place were the three kids are, hold that key, and push the button on the door. I think thats what you need to do.

    Search for a hidden entrance on some kind of balcony on the house.
