World [quest] San Valentino 2016/2017

Howdy! Today, I have a brand new quest for Valentine's day. Let's get started.

Pre-Quest :
[1/1] Jhara : What am I going to do? Wait, what are you doing here? I might need your
help when you're Level 64. Until then, scram!

Dialogue :
[1/7] Jhara : Hey you! Yes! You! I need your assistance.
[2/7] Jhara : You see, My loved one and I have been into a fight recently, and now he doesn't
want to talk to me anymore!
[3/7] Jhara : I've tried numerous times, but to no avail. That's where you come in, my friend.
[4/7] Jhara : My loved one LOVES the smell of [Arouma]. That's the reason why we got married. But, the stock of Arouma in Detlas has been cut short.
[5/7] Jhara : So, I will make a proposal for you. I heard that there is a herb cave nearby that holds natural Arouma. According to my studies, Natural Arouma has a even Stronger scent than an Artificial one. So, If you get me [5 Natural Arouma], I shall pay you handsomely.
[6/7] Jhara : You humans like emeralds, don't you?
[7/7] Jhara : Well, hurry up then! Those Aroumi won't get to you in a jiffy. Now go!

You then go to the herb cave and collect the Arouma needed. Then suddenly...

[1/2] Arouma Cluster : ....
[2/2] Arouma Cluster : ........
You should find a way to wake up the Arouma.

You then go back to Detlas to buy a [Delicate Feather] from the Feather Merchant.

Although its true properties remain unknown,
many say that this Feather wakes up self-aware plants.

[1/3] Arouma Cluster : Eh? What was that tingling sensation?
[2/3] Arouma Cluster : Oh. Another one of "Humans". You want to harvest us?
[3/3] Arouma Cluster : Well get rea - eh, fine, you can collect us. We really don't
do anything down here. Might as well explore the elements, right? Yeah! Totally!

Go back to Jhara to give her the Arou - Aroumi.

[1/3] Jhara : Oh golly! You actually did it! Much obliged, my friend!
[2/3] Jhara : Well, that does it. You're the first person to get the Arouma for me. That's a nice thing for you to do.
[3/3] Jhara : Here, have this... "Heart" or whatever it's called. You humans have these, right? Have a freebie, I guess... I'm heading off. Thanks for the help. Like I mentioned, have the emeralds. It's worth a ton in the market.

Not bad.
But...
1. Change name, I'd suggest something more related to the actual quest story (Halloween is Masquerade because of the mask you collect, etc.)
2. Lower level, the other holiday quests are 20-30
3. That's not how the item layout is, you're using emoticons! UNACCEPTABLE! Also, it's too OP. Please read up on stat bases.
...And if it has earth stuff, then why does it have removed melee damage and upgraded spell damage?
