I can tell that something bugged and he is out of map.

 

Quest Aquiring Credentials

Issue: the peculiar old man keeps telling me "stay away I do not need any more trouble.", even though I have talked to the civilians who tell you to check there.

Quest book: look around the airbase for clues as to where the thieves might be

Where are you: Cinfras Airbase

What I have been doing previously: going through the the start area of the quest and the peculiar old man.

Never mind I didn't go far enough into the cave.. Problem solved

 

Quest: Cowfusion

My issue: When I start falling after getting near the cow, I land in the water but die of fall damage when I get teleported.

What does your quest book say?: "Talk to Human"

Where I am: Lexdale, even though I haven't done anything to get access to it (but I have walked near it).

What have you been doing previously? Doing the quest normally up to the point where you need to retrieve the cow.

Pictures: I can't get any because I don't really know how to screencap fall damage.

And yea, I retried again. Still died of fall damage.
