When you try to enter the cave to get to the mid of the volcano, the wynn Scientist will say:

[1/1] Gavel Scientist: Woah! You can't go down there! Wynn scientist only!

[Start-Of-Quest]

[1/7] Gavel Scientist: What are you doing here? This is private property!

[2/7] Gavel Scientist: Oh... You wanna help? Well.. you seem strong enough.

[3/7] Gavel Scientist: Well then. I must tell you the story. A long time ago, there was a powerful beast that came to gavel.

[4/7] Gavel Scientist: He destroys everything in his way. He ended up killing many gavel citizens and taking homes from people. Soldiers were sent by Kingdoms, but he killed them all.

[5/7] Gavel Scientist: But a warrior, similar to you, came to help, It was a big battle indeed. The warrior ended this beast of flames! and trapped his soul in a tomb, and threw it into a volcano!

[6/7] Gavel Scientist: And here we are now, searching for this tomb. Studying it.

[7/7] Gavel Scientist: Can you do me a favor? Head down that cave aside me and speak to the leader. Tell him I sent you there to help.

There will be a teleporter, teleporting you into the center of the volcano, where you'll meet the leader.

[1/5] Scientist Leader: Who are you? Who let you in?

[2/5] Scientist Leader: Oh you're here to help? Great!

[3/5] Scientist Leader: You can start by helping the scientist at the tomb open the tomb to check inside.

[4/5] Scientist Leader: What? You don't think it's a good idea? Well we need to open it to study what's in it.

[5/5] Scientist Leader: Stop being a wimp and do it. Trust me, nothing will happen.

[Quest book updated: Head down to the tomb]

There will be a path heading deeper into the volcano

You will need to get close to the tomb to open it.

You open tomb and you see particles, and you hear a strange noise. *BOOM*

You will get nausea, slowness, blindness effects. You will hear an evil laugh.

[1/1] ???: MWUAHAHAHAHAHA!

You will soon be teleported to another place. You will see a cave with fire around it and looks all destroyed. You will follow it.

[Quest book updated: Follow the weird cave and find out what happened]

You keep going into the cave and find a portal. You will teleport to the end of the cave and end up at cinfras, all destroyed.

In the bank you head down to a vault where there will be a survivor named Eddie

[2/6] Eddie: Oh you came from Molten hights? I haven't seen any other survivors.

[3/6] Eddie; I saw a beast that passed threw cinfras and started killing every citizen and destroying everything. I managed to get into the vault and hide.

[4/6] Eddie: I believe he's at llevigar right now. I think he's planning to head to the Wynn province and destroy it.

[5/6] Eddie: He has minions, Guards everywhere. It will take a while to get threw him. You must defeat him!

Eddie: You will need a few things though, bring me[3 Glass] And [1 Nether star], So i can make something to seal his soul once you kill him.

The beast is at llevigar bank, there will be a hole leading down deeper, until you're into the boss room. Fighting "Flame Of Disaster" or aka FOD.

His special ability acts like a flame thrower! Reaches far!

Stats:

FOD: Level 150
Health: 250,000
Damage: 600-800 (depending on ur armor it will decrease)
Ability: Acts like a flame thrower
Drops: DOP's Trapped soul And Time Teleporter

[1/2] Eddie: Amazing! Great job! Now we have him sealed! What's this? A Time Teleporter?

[2/2] Eddie: I believe I can fix this portal now. There! Now head back! Once you're over there come to me at cinfras to claim the reward, we will have our memorys still.

Is anyone concerned that this is similar to the craftmas chaos quest?

The beginning seems oddly similar to Wynn Excavation Site C (Scientists + Volcano), but there's not much to do about that.
However, it does seem really similar to Craftmas Chaos, as mentioned above.

 

Since it's a Gavel quest, shouldn't they be Gavel scientists instead of Wynn scientists?

I personally don't like the name of the boss. I think you should change it to flames of chaos AKA.... FOC
