QOL Update for Player Bank

Please allow people to swap bank pages around. Example: A player has just purchased their 12th Account Bank page and is now wishes to put everything from their page 1 into page 12 so that their page 1 will be empty, instead of having to move everything out of their page 1 manually and then put it all into page 12, allow the player to swap their pages around so that what was page 1 (or was on page 1) is now page 12 (or on page 12) and vice versa.

 

While you're add it, add a search function and sorting tools for bank pages (rarity, item count, item type, etc.). (Alas, we will never get the ability to code our own rules for bank pages.)
