Qira Got Buffed

I don't know if her elemental defenses have been buffed (didn't seem like it from my run but didn't check my damages to be sure). I think it's more likely that the high heals/heal rate is the problem.

No further word on First phase heals? I've tried to test but it'd be easier with Assassin since you can actually observe at close range.

 

because 95% of wynners don't need to bother for it since they are stacking raw spell / swinging apoc / abusing stat pots

I can confirm she doesn't have Heavy Heal, and her regen in all phases has been reduced to 1%.

In addition, her element defenses were not increased.

I'm not actually sure how much health Heal restores, but it is based on their CURRENT health rather than their maximum; easily observable if an enemy uses Heal while they're at low health. This means that enemies with Heal have a sort of threshold, which I personally call the Heal Wall, that you need to get past in order for your damage to stick.

I want to say it's 40% of their current health, but this is a number that I only vaguely recall from someplace, and it's more likely than not to be wrong, honestly.

 

So she can full heal unless we take off 80k health? That sounds in line with what I've been observing. I never managed to get her below 220k on my level 80 run.
