Q:powder's Special Stack?

    I've been curious for a little while about special effect
    If I put at least two tier 4 powders on so I get a special fx on my armor, right?
    But...
    If I put a same element powder on every armor that I equip right now
    For sample. I have my thunder sfx on my chestplate and I want the rest a thunder sfx too
    The effect will stack or not?
