Pvp Campaign, Section 3. Thom's Party

I moved in front of bandit 12 and 13
I slash bandit 12 two times and bandit 13 two times, again, if bandit 12 die before the second hit, the second hit and the 2 others will go onto bandit 13 :

1st slash (Rapier of Wounding) :
Hit : Natural 20 (Crit)
Damages : (1 + 1BF + 5STR)*2 = 14 (Why roll a 1 on both 1d8 and 1d6 when I do a crit...)
Effect : The creature will have to roll 1d4 of necrotic damages on each start of his turn, he can then do a DC 15 CON save to be free of this effect, someone else can do it for him if he fails (Counting as an action).

2nd slash (Normal Rapier) :
Hit : 18 + whatever, it hits
Damages : 4 + 6BF + 5STR = 15

3rd slash (Rapier of Wounding) :
Hit : 9 + 5STR + 4PROF = 18
Damages : 7 + 4BF + 5STR = 16

4th slash (Rapier of Wounding) :
Hit : 17 + whatever, it hits
Damages : 3 + 1BF + 5STR = 9

On bandit 12 : 14 + 15 = 29 damages
On bandit 13 : 16 + 9 = 25 damages

I believe they both die ?

For real, Idk their HP, maybe I'm doing way too much damages on them XD

 

they have like 11 hp each except bandit 8 who has 4
