Guard:"Oh the hunters, they've stopped smuggling and now just hunt for pelts and meat they live in the forest north of the road. What's you business with them anyway?"

Cartographer:"There are no actual roads in the desert, but to get to the city of Ivan you go west after getting out of the mountains , then just follow the coast until you get to the city."

@Tree_Legacy do something, this is your chance.

 

Zarxik:"They seem fun"

 

Does it write the road on the map ?

Guard:"Uuhm, sure.. What else can I help you with?"

 

Hector : "Thanks for help ! Do you got something to help for road ?"

 

Zarxik:"Do you know how to get to the desert"

 

Guard:"Not exactly, try asking the cartographer. He usually knows that sort of stuff. He lives in the street going to the duke's castle."

Cartographer:"I don't but the armorshop might have some proper clothing."

 

Zarxik:"Okay thanks" I go to the cartographer

 

It's a wooden house with, 2 people inside, Hector and another human. They're both looking at a map.

 

I go in

 

The cartographer doesn't notice you entering.

Zarxik:"How do I get to the desert?"

 

Cartographer:"What a coincidence, this guy just asked the same thing. First you'll have to leave the city by going over the bridge, then it starts to get dangerous, dangerous beasts roam the thundra that you'll have to watch out for, at a certain point you'll reach the river. You'll have to cross it by swimming or getting a boat since the bridge is broken. At a certain point you'll come across a mountain range, that's the border between Malaggar territory and the thundra, do not go into Malaggar lands. It's very dangerous. When you get to the mountains follow them north until you find a crosspoint of mountain ranges. There should be a small mountain pass there, but beware, the pass is filled with monsters so it's hard to get through. If you just go through the mountains you'll get to the desert. Make sure to bring water for the desert because it's hard to get in there."

 

Zarxik:"Is there a way I can also go through the smuggler village?"

 

Cartographer:"Oh those people, they don't smuggle things anymore, they just hunt now. You can go off road to their camp for a bit I guess."

 

Hector doesn't notice Zarxik and goes to the armorshop
