Still doesn't solve the line of sight problem, except if there is a window at the bottom of the whole, you can clearly not get through. x)

We talked a bit with Para, behind the wall is clearly not possible.

Above it can be, but it wouldn't be precise since you can't really see the ground, so it's a risk to take fall damages.

And after that for the going down, it depends of the height of the wall, I didn't really read that.

Well 6 meters, jumping down 6 meters IRL is very hard, and has high chances to have you be hurt.

 

2d6 for 20 feet thats not that bad

 

He can't teleport on top of the wall, cause he can't see the top (ever) from his perspective.
What he can do is teleport towards the top edge on the wall and grab on to it. Might take an acrobatics/athletics check.
