Assassin/Ninja [pve/pvp] How To Nirvana

A small helmet upgrade... c:

 

This is for sure nirvana at its best
Also ouch 4 re-ids for that nirvana

 

I am going to use this build for my mage, is there any good wand for it (that isn't hive wand)?

Yup, I did not reID it that many times though. :D
But after all it is a really good Nirvana. No ID is amazing, but everything is really good.

Requiem and Lament come to mind first.

I recommend
Nebulous for 10% spell dmg (increase hidden thunder dmg) also overall elemental defence (only sacrifice a few skill points into strength)
Errant for ws and 10% spell dmg (increase hidden thunder dmg) as well

 

I'm actually using Squid Anklet now, I liked the extra mana.

But yes Nebulous would work quite well actually, I'll give it a try.

Errant is an interesting one. I think I still prefer the added skill points and health from Calming Torc. But I'll have to try that too.

I gave my close-to-max-everything-Errant to Alec though

 

Ethereal, Lament, or Requiem - I would say pure but it doesn't have much raw spell damage

 

Any other changes needed for mage, because meteor is earth damage.

 

Well, if you want to put earth or fire powders on your weapon you can, but I am not sure that will benefit you as much as water powders

 

Concentration boosts only water.

Get a weapon high pure raw water damage.

Meteor does not do much earth damage if you take all neutral away using water powders. And that is what we want.

As much water as possible, as little anything else as possible.

 

Make sure you do have a neutral backup, like hive Infused or bonder. It might be a good idea to put 1 or 2 earth powders on that backup, but make sure it stays mostly neutral

Because you don't solely want to rely on 1 element - leaves you vulnerable to water defense

 

I use Slider for neutral/thunder damage on spins to use against extreme water defense mobs (that are usually weak to thunder).

Nirvana goes through very high water defense, though. I've never encountered a mob that could fully resist it outside The Hive water division.

Like fatal, nirvana is very good at piercing defenses. However, it is always always a good idea to have a neutral backup that does good damage, slider is the perfect option

Nebulous is perfect! It actually matters a lot on the first spins, it actually increases the damage by roughly a thousand. I think it is mostly because of the extra strength, but it increases the damage nevertheless. It also gives good extra health and good elemental defenses.
