Pulls Lost During Time Out

I had a run that had 132 pulls, 6 rerolls, and 2 sacrifices.

I was timed out while opening the chest with 4 rerolls left and I have lost all of my pulls as I couldn't click on the sacrifices.

Is there anyway to get those back or did I just get screwed over by server lag?
*Note my PC was running fine it just decided to time out my connection on the server.

 

Sadly, there's no way to recover your loot if you disconnect while opening the lootrun end reward chest. (Also applies to raid reward chest)
And you're not alone in this. It's been a recurring issue for many players for years now. It's not your fault, and I'm sorry for your loss. I know how much time you put into that, and it really sucks to lose it.

 

you got screwed over by the server connection timing out, and there is no way to recover those pulls.

Wynncraft enforces a strict No Refund Policy for in-game items lost to bugs, server lag, or disconnects. Because the end-reward chest session closes the moment you get kicked, those unclaimed pulls and sacrifices are permanently gone. It's a notoriously frustrating bug that happens to a lot of lootrunners, but support won't be able to restore them.
