Well that's my point; that's not a reason to change CSST then. There are OTHER reasons to do so, just that's not one of them.

I can agree with using CSST through 90-95 or 99-100, but I'm sort of going to talk about your other points.

If you know what you are doing, it should NOT take 10+ hours of grinding just for 99-100. Sure, level 100-101 might take 10 hours of grinding, but with just DXP (no mob totems), it's pretty easy to pump out 1% per minute of level 99 without even an XP set.

The descriptions of grinding seem to make Freezing Heights pop into my mind, where the mobs have Slowness X and hit like a completely soaked noodle. There are many places that are more efficient than Freezing Heights, and also more exciting.

-At the DCave, there's a boss and both melee and projectile mobs, all of which are pretty strong.
-At the Blue/White/Crystal Dragonling Cave, the mobs are all powerful and are fast/have projectiles.
-At the Dragonlings of the Depths (mostly for Air/Water), the mobs are fast and still pack a punch.
-At the area behind the Avos Temple, there are projectile mobs, the mobs actually have spells, and the Golden Avia nerds mix things up.

You say you have already ran through the game, but just one class isn't really a "full run".

As you go through different classes, your playstyle changes and your element probably will too, forcing you to go through combat differently (archer can stay back 6 kilometers away, but an assassin has to get closer up) and to find different places to grind.

If someone grinded Dragonlings of the Depths on an Air Archer, then they can't grind there on a Fire Warrior due to the elemental defenses of the enemies, thus mixing things up (changing the mobs you face).

Thus, you do actually miss out on a lot of content by CSSTing on a second character rather than grinding. Instead of experiencing a new class, new builds, and new enemies, you walk through the same dungeon bursting down the same weak mobs in no time over and over again.

Also, there are other ways to get experience that don't take a while. Discoveries grant half a million xp each at high levels, and at least on one class it's very interesting to search around and try to find them.

Although the last points may not apply to you specifically
, it DOES apply to people that reached level 71 and CSSTed straight up to 101.

let me address my standpoint on cssting
a few years ago, i quit wynn at lvl 94 due to lack of interest and grinding was getting kinda dull, i joined a few months ago and decided "whats the harm" and grinded for a few hours to lvl 95, this somehow got me hooked to the game.
It took me about 10 months to get from lvl 1-94 as cssting wasn't a thing back then. I then spent an awful amount of time catching up by buying armour, completing old quests, and trading items. This is when i learned about cssting, at first, i thought it was amazing, and a lifesaver. When I arrived there i saw level 71-75s who got more experience than me in 1-2 weeks. Now, I did my fair share of cssting from lvl 95-96, but that just left a bad taste in my mouth.
Now, as you know, quests give money, alot of money for a lvl 71.
The main reason people are getting "poor" is because
    1. They have like 15/124 quests on their main accounts.
    2. They expect everything to be fed to them on a silver spoon.
    3. They don't put any effort at all into what they're doing, hence why they're cssting up to lvl 100.
    4. Cssting does not instantly give you all the items you need for a new build, so, those who csst up to lvl 100 dont have a good build most of the time, this means that they might spend money to buy more weapons/armour, money that they barely have. All of these, make them broke.
    How do you fix this?
give hashr splash damage on all spells and make him target the least leveled person in a group
no seriously just raise the level cap to lvl 86 and the trade market wont crash
