Progress not saved and items rollbacked and lost

Hello, I logged in today on my Lv 105 shaman class and I noticed my inventory was full of items I gained previously from doing all the needed caves for the COTL lootrun and that caves were also marked incomplete even though I did them, and that yesterday the items I identified were not in my bank account and were either unided or lost specifically a Statue boot. This didn't happen on my lower leveled 48 assassin class since the quests and cave done there were there. Any help would be appreciated
