Professions At Lower Levels

I'm currently level 50, and I was wondering if I should bother progressing any specific profession(s)? Jeweling is on my mind as I already have it leveled up to lvl 30, but are there any other good ones at lower levels. Additionally, what's the fastest way to grind profession levels?

 

Jeweling imo is fine for leveling since accessories are rarer than other gear to begin with, so being able to craft them would help a lot. Really though, you can just progress any profession you think would be helpful for you (which is basically all of them outside of woodworking/weaponsmithing depending on your class), as they're all basically fine in terms of how much they'll impact you. Alternatively, you could just ignore the profession system all together if you really want to. The fastest way to grind profession levels is by crafting with the maximum number of ingredients possible at that level (even with t0 ingredients it will still increase your xp per craft by a lot compared to not doing it at all).
