Problem With "lost Soles" Quest

I'm doing the quest lost soles and i need Abysso Galoshes (legendary boots) to start the quest, those boots are rewarded from an earlier quest i did (Beneath the Depths). Now i can't find these boots anywhere, i have literally checked everywhere and i have tried /fixquests command, so how do i get new ones, or am i now not eligible for that quest anymore?

And by the way, i got 3 quest items (Wand and Magical book voucher + school invitation) from the quest "The order of the Grook" that i finished a while ago when i did the /fixquests command. So now i'm also stuck with 3 quest items that i have no use of, i can't destroy nor sell.. how can i get rid of them please?

for the 3 quest items you got you can make a new class and delete it which should also delete it's inventory thus deleting the items, however I'm not sure what to do about the abysso galoshes, perhaps you can file a bug report if you still cannot find them?
