unfortunately @Kusu~ has already ordered a lot of thunder powder, if you want to place an order for the thunder powders however i will most likely have collected enough for you within a day or two

Also do you have to add the powders to a weapon at the same time or could I add one now and one later to get the effect (Shift+LMB)

 

You do not have to add powders all at the same time. Removing them however will remove all powders on the item at once. These powders are lost in the process, you do not get them back.
The effect is that of the first two powders of the same element of the tiers 4-6 on the item.
The powder manuals at the powder masters should contain a definite answer for all of these questions however.

No I knew all that I was just curious if it had to be at the same time which I'm pretty sure the manuals didn't cover. Also sorry to change this again but I'll only need a tier III thunder powder
