    I need red powder IIx3 blue powder IIx3 and green powder IIx3
    This is for the temple of the legends quest, and also to make my weapons look nice

    1. Powders don't work
    2. They have TWO uses - Creeper infil. and ToL
    3. You can't enchant them so no they won't look different.

    Oh. Thought they were working again since i just found some green I myself. Thanks for telling me. Still need red and blue II for ToL

    You can get Green 1 Red 2 and Blue 2 because those are needed for quests, the other powders in Wynn I'm not sure about. I know the ones in Gavel don't give you anything
