Powders On Olux's Prized Bow

Right now I've put two 4-tier air powders on my Olux's Prized Bow. I'm not sure if this is really the best choice, so would it be okay if anyone gives me two recommended 4-tier powders to put on it (if no powders is the best choice then that's fine too). Thank you very much.

 

I often use T4 waters. Depends on the rest of your items of course, and your skill points. I prefer spell builds so I usually have a lot of Int anyway.
