Cool idea, but this would probably do too much damage when it reaches super fast. Maybe decrease the damage to 100-300?

 

Amazing item, never seen a better one.

 

it's not affected by main atk damage raw so you're limited by % which doesn't do much

an average tierstank apocalypse does 14-15k dps constantly so this does do more (19k when super fast) but you have to commit to constantly attack and rely on healing otherwise you lose the faster attack speed

that's like 100k dps at super fast, the best cstack builds rn get around 40k iirc, along with way lower ehp. It can be even more damage if you want to abuse endu too lol. Also people will do anything to do spells with it since 2.3k dps go brrrr

 

I Know it needs more balancing but idc since I deleted link for builder on accident. Fire dmg and earth need to be nerfed to 10% average. Spell costs up to +2 and -2. :)

62k dps with Sfast :saltroll, probably can use a massive base damage nerf.
Also the major id would need to be changed probably.
+Wrath: Gears no longer affect your weapon's attack speed, but every 50 mobs hit, your attack speed is 1 tier faster. The boost is reset by not hitting mobs for 15 seconds.

The concept of it is pretty neat, though balance wise it is kind of weak rn due to having an 100 intelligence req for no reason. I feel like it can be a cool FA Bow. I feel like the spell costs can go down to like -1 first and third and also the base damage can be increased for the least

I messed around with it a bit and got this but it kind of was fully reworked, though this is just an example of what I would think would look cool for a bow with the same concept.

 

I have no idea how broken this could be, but at least now King of Hearts has an opposite (Now instead of tank that deals no damage, it's a glass cannon that cannot be hit):
(To explain it further - For each point of HP, you deal 1 more point of damage in each element, you do not take damage from using Meteor, the Major ID just keeps you on 1 HP all the time.

I did say it in wynn discord but I think the sp can be removed and instead have -25 Defense as right now it is pretty busted. Also Major ID can probs be changed to this:
