    and I was bored and found this

    Stealing the effects from any of the 'Suicide Bomber' type mobs as they activate their spell will also give you this effect. I believe you can get this from one of the bosses in Tower of Ascension too.

    It's because Self-Destruct gives mobs speed boost so they can hit you easier. Any mob that uses Self-Destruct will cause this.
