and what about the build with 4/4 mana regen what damage is that ever going to deal if there always escaping and bad defences ontop of that

 

arrow shield for blindness and LLL for blindness till you win. Especially MCoW. Basic melee AI. Also, your melee hits knock it back, reducing how quickly it can follow you. Just don't miss and you'll outrun it. If it catches you use arrow shield, rinse and repeat. EZ win

These builds aren't perfect and require skill rather than pure brute force to overcome powerful foes. You're going to need to be smarter than the average spell spammer or attack tier stacker to use these hybrids. The goal is to take advantage of the high damage and versatility while trying to maximize the stats. You can't get this build perfect since the bow has such high reqs, but the reqs help balance out the super high damage of the builds by limiting the intelligence.

You aren't supposed to solo LI in your sleep or when you're awake. It's a hardcore challenge, not a cake walk. Everyone in other threads has already told you this. Ignoring the facts won't change the game; you were never intended to consistently solo LI. That is why changes to tier stacking were made; builds were simply too powerful. Now spells are the way to go for consistent LI solos, but that doesn't mean melee is useless either. Stealing effects are really powerful too.

yea if you think about just MCoW. cybel is gonna be though. If you specialized a build for each boss fight, that'd speed up running LI.
