Assassin/Ninja Poor Man's Air Build

This is an okay air build, for poor people ofcourse.
Damage will be lower in the thread.

BASE SKILL POINTS:
3 Strength 43 Dexterity 49 Intelligence 4 Defense 83 Agility


WEAPON:
Mountain Spirit
Fast Attack Speed

Requirements:
Lv. 86
50 Agility
20 Dexterity

Stats don't really matter.

HELMET
Blue Mask
Look for a blue mask
with good stats in
Agility, Intelligence, and
Dexterity.
Lv. Min: 68

CHESTPLATE
Booster Plate
Couldn't really find a great chestplate
for this, although a good Aquarius would
probably be better. I chose Booster Plate
as it is only level 84, for the lower leveled
people wanting to use a class and the
walk speed helps as well.
Lv. Min: 84

LEGGINGS
Crystal
I had to choose crystal
for the leggings for the
extra mana regen, which
always helps. These also
provide some walk speed,
and some decent reflection.


BOOTS
Memento or Sodeta Boots
These both provide good mana
regen, and also some
good spell damage. I would
choose memento definitelly
over Sodeta, but again, if you are
too low of a level for Memento,
Sodeta should work.

ACCESSORIES
2 Jester Rings
2/4 Squid Anklet
Royal Cyclone Amulet

OVERALL STATISTICS:
Just going to go over the major
stats.

5/4s to 9/4s Mana Regen. (Not counting Aquarius)
I personally have 8/4s on mine.

Walk Speed: Around 30% to 40%.
I personally have 33% on mine.

Reflection: 15% to 65%
I personally have 31% on mine.

Skill Point Boosts:
(Can Vary due to blue mask & jester, but here is what I currently have. Just range it off of this)
+24 Strength
+23 Dexterity
+32 Intelligence
+37 Agility
+11 Defense

Melee Damage: +200
------------------------------

DAMAGE:
Spin Attack: 3000-4500

Multihit: 3400-4500

Smokebomb: 8000-12000

 

I feel like Rewind might be a better weapon for this build because of the mana regen and speed it has, but to each their own

 

He said to me that he think rewind does crappy damage

 

its made out of legendaries
not so poor , only weapon is not expensive

 

Not only that but Blue Mask, Booster Plate, Crystal, and Memento can cost you a fortune if they have good ids.
