Please Help - Uncontrollable Server Lag

Do you lag on other servers or just Wynn? Since Wynn just had a large update, it has been quite laggy recently on some servers. Itll eventually go away in the near future.

 

Just Wynn, and this has been happening to me for 2 years or so. So it's not as a result of Gavel or anything like that.

 

hey! i've just found a way to solve this, since i've been experiencing the same issue.
i don't know if you've tried this already, but you have to delete your .minecraft folder and reinstall minecraft. just make sure to keep all of the files from minecraft you want to keep (texture packs, screenshots, certain singleplayer worlds, etc.) and delete the folder.

WIPE YOUR HARD DRIVE (the ultimate turn it off and on, then see if it works)

You could also try deleting the server side texture pack and reinstalling that, see if thats a possible issue.

 

This issue has been reoccuring for 3 years. I have restarted my PC many, many times across that time period, and even built a new one from scratch... lol

try resetting the server resource pack.

 

The issue isn't based on FPS lag. FPS lag has absolutely nothing to do with internet connection lag, which means the resource pack would have no effect. I have already tried this several times.

 

I've been having this problem for the last week or so and there's literally nothing I can do as well. I'm also using ATT U-Verse so I'm gonna assume it's a problem with them. I have never lagged this hard for Wynncraft so something changed within this gameplay update.

It it was worth the money. High fps and graphics settings is a luxury that I've never had, with my $400 craptop and ten year old $350 desktop (which still runs wynn 30 fps :D) so it feels so strange. My friends have always had computers that are better than mine and now I have the best computer out if all of us :P

 

Yea, that basically describes how triggered I am that people can't read. Good to know I'm not the only one.
