(Answering the questions on how to suggest)
I am guessing it can be done, maybe with a bit of tweaking to the spells, but the code is pretty much already in the game, and with what else is already there, I'm sure it is possible.
It fits because there are lots of pirates and pirate themed stuff in the game.
Uhhm I do not know if it has been suggested before . . . maybe? I should check. :P

Formatting broke when transferring this from my Google Document and I don't want to edit it that much again, I apologize.
I thought Hook was super original until I realized Uproot was a thing, Wave is similar to Multihit, the mobility spell is like, all of the other mobility spells combined, and Cannonball is basically the dungeon thing. It has a lot of originality and crearivity but the core bits of it are already in the game. . . . I'm not sure it's original enough but here it goes anyway.

Pirate Class: Hybrid class from the seas. Powerful melee weapon. Powerful spells that push and pull depending on whether you need to get out of a fight or engage with melee. Lots of different effects and utility.

Damage: 4/5 Worse than Archer and Assassin, better than Warrior

    Defence: 3/5 (About 75%)

Range: 2 or 3/5 Melee weapon, 3 short/medium ranged abilities

Spells: 3 or 4/5 Lot's of utility, damage, and control

Difficulty: About 2/3 because it pushes mobs, pulls mobs, and is kind of all over the place. The player may have a hard time mastering the spells and controlling them, but it may be easy to deal damage and move things around.

    Weapon: Cutlass

    Main Spell: Cannonball 7 Mana

    1. Launch a cannonball straight and forward at a medium speed (like the homing ones in the dungeon, slightly faster maybe) that deals damage upon entity or block impact
    • One cannonball out at a time
    • 200% weapon damage
    • Maximum of 16 blocks
    • 1 block radius
    • 15% fire damage
    1. Imploding Cannonball/Explosive/Magnetic - Cannonball makes an explosion that knocks the hit enemies 2 blocks closer to you.
    • Sneak to push mobs 2 blocks away from you and the explosion instead.
    • One cannonball at a time
    • 225% weapon damage
    • 18 range maximum
    • 1.5 block radius
    • 20% fire damage
    1. Heat Seeking - Cannonball homes in on the target. Cannonball lasts up to 6 seconds. If not activated with your cursor on an enemy, the cannonball will go for the closest enemy.
    • You may have TWO cannonballs out at a time.
    • Sneak to push mobs instead of pull with the explosion.
    • 250% weapon damage
    • 20 range maximum
    • 2 block radius
    • 25% fire damage
Mobility Spell: Gun Launch? Cannon Launch/Boost, maybe just Launch? Abandon Ship? 4 Mana
    IDK how to make it stand out from other mobility spells. ;-;
    1. Shoot something that upon hitting the ground, throws you in the opposite direction you face (no weird slow fall like Escape has)
    • 50% fall damage reduction
    • 13 blocks travelled (6 if going up)
    1. Explosive Shot - Deals 80% weapon damage to enemies in 4 block radius upon activation
    • 75% fall damage reduction
    • 14 blocks (7 going up)
    • 5% thunder damage
    1. Impact - Upon landing, deal 65% weapon damage in a 3 block radius. Sneaking when landing will result in mobs in a 6 block radius getting shoved one block closer to you. Maybe landing in water will heal the user a bit? 5 or 6%? Maybe?
    • 90% fall damage reduction
    • 15 block distance (7 vertical)
    • 10% thunder damage
Damage Spell: Wave 7 Mana Plus 1 Mana for every two seconds it is active (Total is 9 Mana)
Basically the AI Wave, it seems interesting. From the Wiki: "Wave: Sends a moving wave slowly forward that deals damage per tick. Knocks players back on a hit. Heavy Wave: Sends a moving wave forward that deals damage per tick. Knocks players back on a hit." There's room for creativity here. :) Seems a bit like Multihit but. . . .
    1. Sends a moving wave forward that deals damage per tick. Knocks enemies back. Wave and enemies move one block back per hit.
    • You can only have one wave active at a time
    • 8 hits
    • 4 seconds
    • 22% damage per hit
    • 10% Earth
    • 20% water
    1. Raging Seas - Wave is bigger, mobs are sucked into the wave if they are a few blocks away from it. When it ends, deals 5% weapon damage per enemy that was in the wave to each enemy that was inside it.
    • One wave out at a time
    • 9 hits
    • 4 seconds
    • 20% weapon damage per hit
    • 15% Earth
    • 25% water
    1. Uhh idk what to call it, Plank Walk? - Upon ending, the wave crashes to the floor, pushing mobs against the ground and dealing 50% weapon damage, as well as immobilizing them for 1 second. If they are hooked they will take 75% weapon damage initially instead of 25%.
    • One wave out at a time
    • 10 hits
    • 4 seconds
    • 22% weapon damage per hit
    • 20% Earth
    • 30% water
    Utility Spell: Hook
    1. Launch a hook (arrow physics/way it curves and shoots and stuff) that will fling enemies (more curved than an arrow) in a radius towards you. (Because all the other spells push)
    • 7 Mana
    • 3 block hook radius
    • From up to 16 blocks away
    • 15% weapon damage
    • 5% air damage
    1. Flesh Hook - Your next hit deals 10% more damage to the enemies hooked. Enemies will now take damage when initially hooked.
    • 6 Mana
    • 20% weapon damage
    • 3.5 hook radius
    • 10% air damage
    • Up to 18 blocks
    1. Crippling Hook - Your next two hits deal 8% more damage to the enemies hooked, the next hits by each of the hooked enemies will deal 10% less damage.
    • 5 Mana
    • 25% weapon damage
    • 4 hook radius
    • 15% air damage
    • 20 blocks
It seems decently balanced to me idk what do you think? Pirate for Wynncraft?
(Edits were for typos and making things a bit more clear)

Great detail, originality, at least attempt of balancong poll, great suggestion!

From first look (1am here) lools really good, although I am not sure how much it is balanced (ask someone else).
