I sold my -3550 for 25.. I haven't only tried I did it. Coz it had good dex and good thunder dmg sooo yeaaah... it was better than yours :x. Cata price doesn't only go by -hp (ofc it's a big part)

But to help you out, consider an auction.. You would probably get a better result than in a selling thread

 

Btw I think while the nerf is a bit too harsh (see my previous comment), you can still make good Cata builds work (tried some on wynndata). The thing is build variety is getting gutted and don't you dare to use hive armor/rainbow items.
