People Trying To Steal Items.

How so? Did I say something unreasonable? Is being a thief encouraged these days?

 

Yeah this happened to me before where I dropped my helmet on the ground by accidence when resetting my soul points. I had to buy it back tho so that the reason why I'm poor...

 

Humans are humans! Despicable, mistakes of nature. Honestly, theres nothing we can do about this. Sure say it's wrong, because it is, but, what if the person that did it is watching this thread. They probably wouldn't want to say that they did it. If I ever got a mythic, I would scream about it in chat. If someone said it was theirs, I might ask them for some proof. Although this is a problem, it can't get fixed, unless we have a perfect community, which is impossible.

 

As I said before I do not accept that sort of behaviour, but its still not right to devalue other people like you did.

 

I don't understand why everyone is using the term thief, if someone drops the item on the ground it doesn't belong to them anydit's fair game for anyone. Not saying it's a nice thing to do taking it but can you please explain why everyone is using the terms thief and stealing?

 

Yeah. A friend gave me a 430% Pure and I dropped it in Herb Cave at a grinding party. Someone took it, and now I use my faithful Ethereal

 

Those are the dark times. Corruption started spreading again, and it is much more powerful now. Not only the villagers are affected, but people too. The ones who were the great heroes, now thiefs. Everyone just want money. The only reason why some people want help other people or villagers, is for a reward.

 

Minecraft communuity is gready you may start as a nice player but as time goes on you start being gready a month back i played a faction server and this was the first time in my minecraft carrer that i started scamming

If the person who dropped it did it by accident and wants it back but doesnt get it back its practically stealing

What I did not get though was the "you cannot devalue people" -part. Oh but yes I can. I indeed devalue people that do bad things and do not care shit about others. I dislike people that do bad things. I _devalue_ them.

Well, a mob dropping a mythic and a player accidentally dropping a mythic are nowhere near the same thing. The mythic the mob drops was never owned by anyone.
Keeping someone's dropped mythic is technically allowed, you won't get banned for it, but it is so dishonest and greedy I'd just straight out call it stealing.
This is a video game. Keeping the item gives the person a virtual item and the guilt of making someone sad. Just because he wanted to have a bit more virtual currency on a minecraft server. The fact someone made that choise makes me more sad than the fact I lost the mythic.

 

I don't take 2 minutes to see that I dropped my weapon (Yeah, you know, the protection thing when you drop something, nobody can take it for few minutes).
