There's also a sad, crying face in the corner.

 

The sign seems to have been painted over again, this time with a new message.
It says: "Guys, I reeeally need money. Please buy my stuff?"
A picture of a bag of money has joined the sad crying face.

 

The sign has been painted over again, the paint is still wet. . .
It now reads: "Guys, I realize my stuff's pretty mediocre, but somebody's gotta be interested in that cancer?"
A picture of a helmet with radiating lines has joined the growing bunch of drawings in the corner.
