There was a short period of time where you could reid merchant items after the gameplay update. If pirates luck existed back then, maybe someone reid it and got lucky - but I don't know if it existed back then....

If I may ask, what are you planning on doing with your Loot Bonus build?

 

For now, I want to use it every now and then to farm mobs (to try out how effective this method is for loot (+xp towards 101)) and to use my discoverer. And as probably everybody else I am waiting/hoping for a LB on chests fix/change.
