Path area from water to top for Selchar

I am not very good at explaining so please forgive me in advance :)

Selchar is an amazing area, however coming up from the reef is a bit of a pain in the backside. You either have to carry a boat on you and go all the way around to the docks, use up a lot of mana to climb the sides, or figure out a way to climb up without using either. I like there are vines there to already help you, but they only go half way down. So might I suggest a pathway?

There is a path that already exists on the top that goes to the lake where you can fish. So might I suggest that it gets put there? I won't ruin the plan of the island, it should only require stairs and half slabs in some spots, and still will follow the lay of the island.

Either that or use the booty cave that sits inside the cliff and have a pathway going up to a house on top or something too. You can get up there pretty easy without using mana to jump 2 block high areas.

Solid idea! I also struggle going back from the reefs to Selchar (I go around the docks with my mobility spell, which is especially annoying bc you get kicked away from the Corkus ships in lower levels).

Good suggestion apart from when you call Selchar an amazing area (IT SUCKS!!!!!)

 

fr. it's definitely in need of a major revamp like a lot of places in the ocean. do ocean reborn update!!!!

 

I haven't been to Seavale for a long time but if I recall I just /kill back or get a scroll if you have emeralds to spare (Please don't losing an extra soul point is infinitely cheaper than wasting emeralds on a Selchar Scroll)

/kill's a really useful mode of transport for really long distances, like Hive -> Thanos or TNA -> Lutho which I travel past the most common
At that point losing 2 soul points is absolutely worth the distance

Haha, I only like it for how it looks and the Wybel that follows you from time to time. I do like Almuj because of all the Ocelots...but none of them follow you :(

Yes, I know this, and it is said in the original post. But the vines only go half way down and are tricky to get up because sometimes you can fall down from 'em.
