    He's referring to Cactus builds, which are basically just builds based on having 100% Thorns and Reflection, along with a lot of life steal. Due to a bug, life steal triggers when Thorns/Reflection activates, allowing you to essentially gain back any damage you take, along with making the attacker deal damage. This is all based on a bug though, so it'll eventually be fixed.
