I just realized something: aren't on or two of the people of CraftedMovie (the youtube group who MADE Wynncraft) live in France? I'm not sure but if the are I hope they are all right.

The death toll is at 140 or more as of now. May the people of Paris be safe, and those who were murdered rest in peace.

I have heard from the Reddit Live thread that over 150 people have been dead and 5 terrorists have been neutralized (AKA either dead of in jail).
The one held captive admitted that he was a part of ISIS.

May God bless the families of those who had victims from the shooting.

Anyway I also heard that in a middle of a soccer match (World cup qualifier) between France and Germany some explosions went off, but the crowd thought it was something you have to say 'ey' to (you know, those things.)

I think the match was fully played, but the French president (who was watching) was evacuated quickly.

 

The concert that was interrupted by the terrorists was one by the Eagles of Death Metal - last I heard, they were safe at the nearest police station, but a lot of concert goers were not so lucky.

This event is generating a lot of arguments and debate over the internet - I feel I need to say a few things about the tragedy which are very important to keep in mind. Firstly, no details on who committed the attacks is out yet, although most people believe it is an action by the terrorist organisation ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant), which seems likely considering their history and record. However, it could be an independent or other group's action. We don't know.

Secondly, this is not a unique event. Hundred of attacks like it are occurring around the world right now, mostly in the Middle East, and it is important to realise that this is only in such prominent news display because it is much closer to home, as such, and occurs in a place which is not used to such attacks. Please keep in mind that these tragedies are commonplace elsewhere, and that all should be noted and considered in moralistic considerations for such violence.

Lastly, that such attacks are happening is deplorable and a lot of people might be inclined to react with haste and anger at such events, but please, please, keep in mind common empathy for all human beings affected by the event and reactions to it. Personally, one of my biggest worries is that people, who are in no way connected to the event except by tenuous ideological similarities, will be punished and persecuted by people and governments alike. Try your best not to subscribe to this attitude, natural as it may seem. We need to remain unified and humanistic in the face of such disgusting actions. Do not let violence make us violent in turn.

Most of you will not have the time or resources to do anything practical for victims or terror or violent attacks, so the best thing you can do is keep your own sympathy for the people in pain and turmoil right now. Never let yourself forget what is happening, don't hide the truth under wishful thinking. Do what you can for them in your own way, even if it just means talking to people with some connection to terrorised locations, or declaring your support through the community and social media. Do the best you can.

From what I've heard that Eagles of Death Metal was American band so ISIL targeted it because of Europe with the refugees and because of an american band with what happened earlier with us killing the main executioner.From what I also saw/read the bands merchandise guy was among the dead. My prayers and such go the families of the victims.

 

Oh god - the terrorists planned this to be on Friday the 13th, didn't they?! And it was just a coincidence that a massive soccer match was happening. Ugh... this topic makes me sick to my stomach.

actually the death of their executioner/ producer of their videos was a coincidence. Officials say the attack was too well coordinated to be based on spontaneous revenge.

My dad flew to Paris Friday...
He had to go to Tel Aviv for his job, and went there from my country to Paris, and then to Israel.. He arrived and departed before this all happend luckily.
I was so worried..
